Request Deletion of Your Data
You have the right to request deletion of all personal data we hold about you, including data received through Facebook Login. We will process your request within 30 days.

Upon receiving your deletion request, we will permanently delete:
- Your account information (name, email, password hash)
- Facebook profile data received via Facebook Login
- Your learning progress and activity history
- Subscription and payment records (anonymised for legal compliance)
- Any uploaded content such as photos submitted to Photo Doubt Solver
- All session and usage data associated with your account
How to Request Deletion
Via Email
Send an email to eduai@synapsai.in with subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.
Via WhatsApp
Message us on +91 99163 19690 with your account email and deletion request.
Remove Facebook App Access
You can also remove Synapse's access to your Facebook data directly from your Facebook App Settings. This will revoke our access to your Facebook data immediately.
What Happens After Deletion
- Your account will be permanently deactivated within 30 days
- All personal data will be deleted from our servers
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
- Some anonymised data may be retained for legal and financial compliance
- Deletion is irreversible — you will need to create a new account to use the service again
